Chapter 1: General Provisions Article 1 (Purpose) The purpose of these Terms and Conditions is to stipulate the conditions and procedures for using all services (hereinafter referred to as "Services") provided by the 2024 International Financial Institution Recruitment Information Session, as well as the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of users and the website, and other necessary matters. Article 2 (Effect and Amendment of the Terms and Conditions) 1. The website will provide services to you on the condition that you agree to the content of these Terms and Conditions. If you agree to the Terms and Conditions, these Terms and Conditions will take precedence over any service provided by the website and any service usage actions you take. 2. The website may amend these Terms and Conditions without prior notice, and the amended terms will be posted on the website for users to review. If a user does not agree with the amended terms, they may request cancellation of their membership (withdrawal). Continued use of the services will be considered as agreement to the amended terms. The amended terms will take effect as soon as they are posted. Article 3 (Supplementary Provisions) 1. These Terms and Conditions apply in conjunction with the service usage regulations and any separate terms that may be provided by the website. 2. Any matters not stipulated in these Terms and Conditions will be governed by the Basic Telecommunications Act, the Telecommunications Business Act, the Information and Communication Ethics Committee’s review regulations, the Information and Communication Ethics Guidelines, the Program Protection Act, and other relevant laws and regulations. Article 4 (Definitions of Terms) The definitions of terms used in these Terms and Conditions are as follows: 1. User: An individual who receives services provided by the website in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. 2. Registration: The act of completing a service usage agreement by providing the required information in the application form provided by the website and agreeing to these Terms and Conditions. 3. Member: An individual or organization that provides personal information and registers as a member on the website, receiving information from the website and being able to use the services provided by the website. 4. Password: A combination of letters and numbers selected by the user to verify identity and protect privacy during communication. 5. Withdrawal: The act of terminating the usage agreement by the member. 6. Any terms not defined in these Terms and Conditions will be defined in separate terms or service regulations. ________________________________________ Chapter 2: Provision and Use of Services Article 5 (Formation of the Usage Agreement) 1. The usage agreement is formed when the applicant completes the registration by providing the required information in the online registration form provided by the website. 2. The website may cancel the usage agreement if: 1) The application is made using someone else's name 2) The application form contains false information, or the application is submitted with false information 3) The application is made with the intent of disrupting public order or good morals 4) The applicant interferes with another user’s use of the website or misuses their information 5) The applicant engages in acts prohibited by law or these Terms and Conditions using the website 6) The application does not meet the website's conditions for usage 3. The website may suspend the formation of the usage agreement until the following issues are resolved: 1. In case of insufficient service-related capacity 2. In case of technical difficulties 4. The website provides the following services, and users will be notified of any changes to services: 1. All services developed by the website or provided through cooperation with other institutions. Article 6 (Consent to the Use of Personal Information) 1. The website’s Privacy Policy applies to the personal information of members. 2. Personal information collected, used, managed, and protected by the website is as follows: 1) Collection of Personal Information: The website collects information about you through the information you provide during service registration. 2) Use of Personal Information: The website will not disclose or distribute personal information collected in connection with the provision of its services to third parties without the member's consent. However, it may be used for sending informational emails and phone calls related to the recruitment information session. Additionally, personal information may be provided to state authorities if required by law, such as under the Basic Telecommunications Act, or for the purpose of criminal investigations, at the request of the Information and Communication Ethics Committee, or in response to other legal procedures. This does not apply if you voluntarily disclose your personal information to the website . Furthermore, if you consent to the integration of member information between the website and other administrative institutions, the website may provide such personal information to other relevant authorities.. 3) Management of Personal Information: You may modify or delete your personal information at any time through the personal information management section of the service to protect and manage your personal information. You may also adjust or change any information you deem unnecessary among the information you receive. 4) Protection of Personal Information: Do not share your ID and password with others, and make sure to log out and close the web browser after finishing your session. (This is necessary to protect your information when using shared computers in public places such as internet cafes or libraries.) 3. By applying for service registration under these Terms and Conditions, the member is considered to agree to the collection and use of their personal information as described. Article 7 (User Information Security) 1. From the moment the applicant completes the registration process for the website’s services, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the information you have provided, and you are solely responsible for all consequences arising from the use of your ID and password. 2. Members are responsible for managing their ID and password, and if they discover that their ID or password has been misused, they must report it to the website immediately. Failure to do so will result in the member bearing all responsibility. 3. Users must accurately terminate their access after each session. The website is not responsible for any damages or losses resulting from unauthorized use of your information due to failure to properly log out. Article 8 (Service Usage Hours) 1. The service usage hours are, in principle, available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, unless there are operational or technical issues on the website. 2. The service usage hours may be subject to change on days or during times specified by the website for regular inspections or other necessary reasons. Article 9 (Suspension of Service and Storage/Use of Information) 1. The website is not responsible for the failure to store or transmit messages or other communications, nor for the loss of any communication data, if such failures are due to national emergencies, power outages, or service equipment failures beyond the control of the website, or other force majeure events. 2. If the website temporarily suspends services due to operational difficulties, it will notify users one week in advance. The website is not responsible if users fail to acknowledge the notice. In unavoidable circumstances, this notice period may be shortened or omitted. The website is not liable for the loss of messages or other communication data that were stored or transmitted due to such service suspension. 3. If the website permanently discontinues the service, the notification will follow the procedure in Paragraph 2, but the notification period will be extended to one month. 4. The website may temporarily modify, alter, or discontinue the service with prior notice, and will not be held responsible for any damages to users or third parties as a result. 5. If the user violates the terms of these Terms and Conditions, the website may restrict or suspend service usage at its discretion. In this case, the website may block the user’s access. Article 10 (Modification and Termination of Services) 1. The website is not responsible for any losses or damages resulting from the user’s expected gains or from data obtained through the service. The website does not guarantee the reliability or accuracy of any information, data, or facts posted by members on the service. 2. The website is not liable for any damages incurred by the user in connection with the use of the service, where such damages were caused by the user’s intentional or negligent acts. Article 11 (Provision of Information and Promotional Materials) 1. The website may provide various information to members through service postings or other methods deemed appropriate during the operation of the service. 2. The website may display advertisements or promotional materials that are deemed appropriate or useful within the service. Article 12 (Copyright of Submitted Posts on the Website) 1. The rights to the content of posts you upload remain with you. 2. The website reserves the right to edit or move posted content without prior notice and may delete content without prior notice in the following cases: 1) If the post violates these Terms and Conditions, is commercial in nature, or is deemed illegal, obscene, or vulgar. 2) If the post defames or slanders other members or third parties. 3) If the post violates public order or good morals. 4) If the post is deemed related to criminal activity. 5) If the post infringes on the rights, such as copyrights, of others. 6) If the post violates other relevant laws. 3. You are solely responsible for any civil or criminal liabilities arising from posts that infringe on others' copyrights. Article 13 (User Code of Conduct and Service Usage Restrictions) 1. If the information you provide is found to be false or if there are reasonable grounds to suspect it, the website may restrict or suspend your use of the service in whole or in part without assuming any responsibility for the resulting disadvantages. 2. You are fully responsible for any information you post, transmit, or acquire through the service, including email or other forms of transmission, and the website does not assume any responsibility for such information. 3. The website does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or quality of services provided by subscribers or other affiliated institutions, and is not responsible for any losses or damages incurred by users as a result of using such content. 4. You agree not to engage in the following actions while using the service: 1) Stealing another user's ID or password. 2) Posting, transmitting, or sharing obscene, vulgar, defamatory, threatening, or privacy-invasive content. 3) Masking the source of the transmitted content. 4) Posting, transmitting, or sharing content that you are not legally allowed to use. 5) Posting, transmitting, or sharing content that infringes on another person's patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other intellectual property rights. 6) Posting unsolicited advertisements, promotional materials, junk mail, spam, chain letters, pyramid schemes, or any other form of solicitation without the website’s approval. 7) Collecting or storing personal information about other users. 5. If the website determines that a member has violated these Terms and Conditions, it may delete all information related to the service without the user's consent. ________________________________________ Chapter 3: Obligations and Responsibilities Article 14 (Website’s Obligations) 1. The website shall not engage in activities prohibited by law or contrary to public morals, and shall strive to provide continuous and stable services. 2. The website will not disclose or distribute a member's personal information to third parties without the member's consent. However, this does not apply in cases where state agencies request such information in accordance with relevant telecommunications laws or other applicable laws. 3. The website must have a security system in place to protect users' personal information (including credit information) and ensure safe use of the service. 4. The website is not responsible for service disruptions caused by factors attributable to the user. Article 15 (Member’s Obligations) 1. Members must provide accurate information when registering. Members must also keep their information up to date to ensure accuracy. Members must not allow third parties to use their ID or password. 2. Members may not use the service for commercial activities without prior approval from the website. 3. Members may not copy, modify, translate, publish, broadcast, or otherwise use information obtained through the service without the website’s prior consent, nor may they provide it to third parties. 4. Members must not engage in any of the following acts while using the service: 1) Unauthorized use of another member's ID 2) Engaging in criminal activities or activities related to criminal acts 3) Engaging in activities that disrupt public morals or social order 4) Defaming or insulting others 5) Infringing on the intellectual property rights of others 6) Engaging in hacking or spreading computer viruses 7) Sending unsolicited advertisements or information contrary to another person’s will 8) Engaging in any activity that could interfere with the stable operation of the service 9) Modifying information posted on the website 10) Engaging in any act that violates Article 53 of the Telecommunications Act, Article 16 of the Enforcement Decree of the Telecommunications Business Act (regarding harmful communications), or Paragraph 3 of Article 53 of the Telecommunications Business Act. ________________________________________ Chapter 4: Miscellaneous Provisions Article 16 (Ownership of the Website) 1. The intellectual property rights and other rights related to the services provided by the website, including software, images, trademarks, logos, designs, service names, information, and trademarks, are owned by the government. 2. Unless explicitly permitted by the website, users may not modify, rent, loan, sell, distribute, create derivative works from, sublicense, or engage in commercial use of the properties listed in Paragraph 1, in whole or in part, nor may they allow third parties to engage in such acts. Article 17 (Prohibition of Transfer) Members may not transfer or assign their service usage rights or other contractual status to third parties, nor may they provide them as collateral. Article 18 (Compensation for Damages) The website is not responsible for any damages incurred by members in connection with the use of free services, except in cases where the website has intentionally engaged in criminal activities. Article 19 (Disclaimer) 1. The website has no obligation to guarantee or represent the accuracy or reliability of any opinions or information expressed within the service, and it does not endorse, oppose, or modify any opinions expressed by members or third parties. The website shall not be liable for any gains or losses incurred by members as a result of relying on the information contained within the service. 2. The website is not responsible for any transactions, including goods or monetary transactions, that occur between members or between members and third parties through the service, nor is it responsible for the benefits that members expect to obtain from using the service. Article 20 (Jurisdiction) In the event of a legal dispute arising in connection with the use of the service, the exclusive jurisdiction will be the Seoul Central District Court in Korea. ________________________________________ Supplementary Provisions 1. (Effective Date) These Terms and Conditions will take effect on October 1, 2024. 2. All member information on the website will be deleted before March 31, 2025. 3. The copyright for these Terms and Conditions belongs to the Fair Trade Commission, and any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, transmission, or other copyright infringement activities are strictly prohibited.

Items of Personal Information Collected and Collection Methods The 2024 International Financial Institution Recruitment Information Session collects the following information, categorized as real-name authentication information and membership information, to provide basic membership services. You must provide the required information to use the membership services. A. Personal Information Collected • Required Information o Real-name authentication information: Name (Korean/English), mobile number, date of birth o Membership information: Email, password, name, mobile number • Optional Information o Address, phone number, department name of the institution (for operational members) [Information Automatically Collected by Computer] During the use of internet services, the following personal information may be automatically generated and collected: - IP address, service activity records, visit records, etc. B. Methods of Collecting Personal Information Personal information is collected through membership registration on the website. ________________________________________ 2. Purpose and Retention/Usage Period of Collected Personal Information The 2024 International Financial Institution Recruitment Information Session retains and uses the minimum necessary personal information for the period in which the services are provided, starting from the member's registration date. You may withdraw your consent to the collection, use, and provision of personal information at any time. If you request withdrawal of membership, achieve the purpose of collection/use, or if the retention/use period expires, personal information will be destroyed without delay. Even in the absence of such reasons, all membership information will be deleted by March 31, 2025. • Real-name authentication information o Personal Information Collected: Name, mobile phone number o Purpose of Collection and Use: Used for identification/authentication procedures required for website usage o Retention and Usage Period: I-PIN and GPKI information is not stored separately but is used solely for authentication purposes. • Membership Information o Personal Information Collected: ID, password, name, email, phone number, mobile number, institution name o Purpose of Collection and Use: Used for website service usage and membership management, prevention of misuse by bad members, handling of complaints, etc. o Retention and Usage Period: 2 years or upon membership withdrawal. Information subjects have the right to refuse consent to the collection and use of personal information. However, if you refuse, you will not be able to register for the 2024 International Financial Institution Recruitment Information Session and will not be able to use the services provided by the session. ________________________________________ 3. Provision of Collected Personal Information to Third Parties The 2024 International Financial Institution Recruitment Information Session provides personal information to third parties only with the information subject’s consent, or in cases where it is required by law under Articles 17 and 18 of the Personal Information Protection Act. ________________________________________ 4. Information on Personal Information Processing Tasks The 2024 International Financial Institution Recruitment Information Session does not delegate personal information handling to third parties. However, for smooth service provision, authentication through public I-PIN or GPKI can be performed through the following organization: • Trustee Organization o Ministry of the Interior and Safety • Delegated Work: • Retention and Usage Period: As the Ministry of the Interior and Safety already retains this information, it is not additionally stored.
